Acceptance of your order
When placing your order, you have to enter your correct personal and payment details. Once you have completed payment and being verified, you will receive an order confirmation email. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you within 3 working days. Please contact us if you do not receive the order confirmation email.
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the exact amount will be, we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more details before you place an order.
Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or Renminbi (RMB) depends on location. Product prices listed are current, however are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions
The product includes a lifetime limited warranty and will be waived the maintenance service administration fee in the first year. In the second year of the product sold, the administrative fee for each product is HK$688 per service use, and the payment has to be paid by credit card. In case of any dispute, TELOSIN reserves the right of final decision.
*Remarks: the administrative fee will be adjusted annually.
Warranty Activation
For purchases online or in-store purchases, you must fill in the form within 14 days from the purchase date to claim your warranty.
Redeem Warranty
- Please fill out the maintenance replacement form and attach the required photo of damage product and mail to Unit 913-916, Paul. Y Center, 51 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Contact Telephone: (852) 2398 4188
- TELOSIN will send a confirmation email within 3 working days. The administrative fee for each product is HK$688 and has to be paid by credit card via the link provided in the email. *Remarks: the administrative fee will be adjusted annually.
- Once administration fee payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping details. Please print it out and return together with the defective product to the assigned address.
- After the new product is mailed, TELOSIN will provide the courier tracking code by email.
Details:
- Replacement tools can be exchanged for the same model only (Discontinued models will be replaced by designated existing model).
- Pattern of replacement tools is subject to stock availability.
- TELOSIN medical device can be replaced if the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
- This warranty is only valid to the products purchased from an authorized retailer, online store or retail shop and registered within 14 days from purchase date.
- A proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible to enjoy our warranty service. Please keep the TELOSIN receipt, warranty card and VIP card for warranty service.
- If warranty is not approved, the email will be sent to you with rejection reason.
- 14 working days for delivery of new product from receiving date.
Warranty services does not apply in the following cases:
This warranty does not apply in instances where the medical device appear to have been abused or damaged.
The warranty does not apply to parts we deem are not defective.
The warranty does not apply to medical devices that appear to have been tampered with, altered or repaired, unless such alterations or repair were manufacturer.

Promotions
The product includes 2 year- warranty and will be waived the maintenance service administration fee in the first year. In the second year of the product sold, the administrative fee for each product is HK$688 per service use. In the third year after sold, TELOSIN will request the guest checking fee (HK$380) plus maintenance fee, and the maintenance fee will be quoted from the manufacturer (“Maintenance price + parts fee”) for customer reference. The payment has to be paid by credit card. In case of any dispute, TELOSIN reserves the right of final decision.
