Online returns & refunds

Buy online and experience Telosin at home. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and return your purchase for a full refund.

You may open and try your purchase as directed. Contact customer care within 30 days of delivery with your order number, then return the product and its supplied accessories using the instructions provided. We will arrange the full refund to your original payment method after receiving the return.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. Telosin covers return shipping for faulty or incorrectly supplied items. We do not deduct the cost of the original free delivery from your refund.

This online guarantee applies to new purchases from this website under this offer. Earlier orders and purchases from other retailers retain their original terms. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
